The online publication modelvita.com positions itself as a leading lifestyle blog. Since April 2006 (!), the platform has targeted readers interested in positive topics and new trends in various areas. Model fee, Fashion, Beauty, Relationships & Love, Travel, Living, Health, Accessories and aspiring VIPs are of interest.

Professionals from the modeling industry

The blog was launched some time ago by, among others, the former owner of Excellent Models – Germany's largest people modeling agency in the 90s and 00s – back then still requiring and respecting "permission from the Federal Employment Agency." Hence the fitting name: as the name itself suggests, it's a combination of "model" and "life story"! The name, in a way, reflects its purpose.

Excellent Models was essentially a private, but state-approved and supervised agency for models, mannequins, children, character actors, performers, artists, and actors in the catwalk, television, print, and film industries. Many former Excellent Models employees have rapidly climbed the career ladder, such as Tiana Pongs, Ariane Sommer, HH1 presenter Ilka Groenwohld, the Meise-Ratiopharm twins, Viola Möbius, Susan Sideropoulos, and Collien Fernandes.

Professionals from the media industry

In addition to our own editorial staff, various authors regularly contribute to the respective sections – as well as guest writers with columns and articles, which provide a wealth of unique content and generate good page impressions. Interesting, relevant press releases with added value for readers are also reused and published, sometimes supplemented and/or commented on.

Here at modelvita there are basically no reports about politics and corruption, no misery, murder and manslaughter – as generally preferred by the well-known mainstream media.

And it's also about our beautiful planet, climate change, and sustainability – environmental protection and animal welfare, which has been our focus since our founding. (!) We don't chase fleeting pseudo-trends or engage in clickbait. So, while we may not reach millions of page impressions, we are approaching our 20th anniversary!

The editorial team focuses on the beautiful, helpful, and pleasant things in life. And we prefer to do so outside the mainstream. We report extensively on use cases, tips & tricks, life hacks, as well as crowdfunding projects, inventors, and innovations, without knowing whether what we're talking about will ever become mainstream – in whatever form!
